Codeage Multivitamin Formula+ (120 capsules) combines more than 40 ingredients in one formula. Each 4-capsule serving provides, among other things, 10,000 mcg of biotin, vitamin B12, vitamin B6 and vitamin C. The formula also contains a proprietary blend of 1662 mg including wild-caught marine collagen peptides type I & III, organic ashwagandha extract, organic amla berry extract and fermented turmeric. Furthermore, the formula contains a mix of amino acids and resveratrol, a bacteria blend of 20 billion CFU at production, and an enzyme mix. The capsules are easy to take with water. One pack of 120 capsules contains 30 servings, enough for about 1 month when taking 4 capsules daily.
