Codeage Teen Athlete Multivitamin (60 capsules) is specially formulated for active teenagers aged 15 and over. The formula combines various vitamins and minerals with ingredients often found in sports supplements, such as creatine, taurine, and ashwagandha. Each 2-capsule serving provides, among other things, 100 mg vitamin C, 25 mcg vitamin D3, 12 mcg vitamin B12, and 2 mg vitamin B6. The formula also contains 250 mg creatine monohydrate, 100 mg coconut water powder, and 40 mg UC-II® undenatured type II collagen, supplemented with D-ribose and vitamin K2. The capsules are easy to take with water, and only 2 capsules per day are needed.
