Each capsule provides 40 mg chicken cartilage, of which 10 mg total collagen including undenatured type II collagen, and 40 mg vitamin C. UC-II® is a patented form of collagen, derived from chicken cartilage. The recommended dosage is 1 to 2 capsules daily, to be taken on an empty stomach.
