BONO Sleep Complex (60 plant-based capsules) combines four plant extracts with magnesium and L-theanine. One capsule per day contains 200 mg valerian extract, 100 mg passion flower extract, 80 mg lemon balm extract, 20 mg Griffonia simplicifolia extract, 56 mg magnesium, and 32 mg L-theanine. One pot is enough for two months.

We work with standardised extracts, so du get the same amount of valerenic acid and rosmarinic acid with each batch. The valerian extract is a dry extract from the root with at least 0.8% valerenic acid. The lemon balm extract is a dry leaf extract with at least 2.5% rosmarinic acid. Passion flower is a 4:1 extract of the herb, so not standardised to a marker compound. The Griffonia extract is standardised to 30% 5-HTP.
The formula also contains magnesium in the form of bisglycinate, a combination of magnesium and the amino acid glycine, and L-theanine from green tea. As an anti-caking agent, we use rice concentrate. The capsules contain no synthetic fragrances or colourings and no gelatine. The product is suitable for vegetarians and vegans and is intended for adults.
