Bonusan Multi Vital Forte Active (90 or 180 capsules) is a multivitamin with an extensive combination of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, herbal extracts, and spirulina. The formula contains active forms of vitamin B6, B12, and folic acid, as well as vitamin D3, vitamin K1, vitamin K2, and natural mixed tocopherols. The supplement is further enriched with chlorella, spirulina, bamboo extract, MSM, and citrus bioflavonoids. Bonusan Multi Vital Active is suitable for daily use.Â
Active B-vitamins, such as pyridoxal-5'-phosphate (B6), methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin (B12), and 5-MTHF (folic acid), are forms that are directly available for the body and are therefore often used in supplements.
The supplement contains both folic acid and folate (the active form). Folate (5-MTHF) is the biologically available form that can be directly used by the body.
Vitamin K1 (phylloquinone) is mainly found in leafy greens, while vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7) naturally occurs in fermented products such as natto and certain cheeses.
