What are active B vitamins?
These are forms of B vitamins that the body can use directly, without needing to convert them first. Examples include vitamin B6 (Pyridoxal-5-phosphate), folic acid (5-Methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF)), and vitamin B12 in the form of methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin.
Does the vitamin B3 in this supplement cause a flush?
The "flush" sometimes experienced when using vitamin B3 (niacin) is a temporary reaction where the skin becomes red, warm, and sometimes itchy. The niacinamide in this product is the flush-free variant of vitamin B3.
Are choline, inositol & PABA also B vitamins?
No. These substances are not officially considered B vitamins because they do not meet all the criteria to be classified as essential vitamins. They are added to this B complex because of their complementary properties.
What does µg mean?
