Bonusan Multi Vital Extensis Active (90 tablets) is a multi formula specially developed for people from the age of 50. This multi contains a wide mix of vitamins and minerals in carefully tailored dosages, supplemented with plant extracts such as ginkgo biloba, ginseng, and milk thistle. The formula also includes active forms of B vitamins, including B6 (P-5-P), B12 (methylcobalamin & adenosylcobalamin), and folate (5-MTHF). The addition of ingredients like calcium, magnesium, zinc, iodine, and selenium makes this supplement suitable as a comprehensive daily complement to any diet.
The formula contains both standard folic acid and 5-MTHF, so that even people with less efficient conversion receive bioavailable folate.
