Applied Nutrition Critical Greens Powder (250 g) is a convenient blend of 17 vegetables and plant extracts, specially formulated for those who want to easily add a little extra to their daily diet. The powder contains, among others, broccoli, kale, wheatgrass, spirulina, celery, and spinach in concentrated form. Critical Greens is unsweetened and neutral in flavor. Thanks to its fine texture, it dissolves easily in water, smoothies, or juice.
EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate) is a natural compound found in green tea. In Critical Greens, it is provided through a concentrated green tea extract (95%), of which 45% is EGCG.
An extract is a concentrated form of a plant or vegetable. Certain parts of the plant are selected and dried or extracted, so you get more active substances in a smaller amount. In this product, for example, beetroot extract (4:1) and green tea extract are used.
