Applied Nutrition Critical Greens Powder (150 g) is a convenient blend of 17 vegetables and plant extracts, specially formulated for anyone who wants to easily add something extra to their daily diet. The powder contains, among other things, broccoli, kale, wheatgrass, spirulina, celery, and spinach in concentrated form. EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate) is a natural substance found in green tea. In Critical Greens, it is part of the green tea extract (95%). It is often used in superfood supplements because of its plant-based origin.
Extract form means that the active components from plants or vegetables are concentrated. For example, 4:1 beetroot extract provides four times the amount of the original material in a smaller dosage.
