Product description

Vitals Folate 5-MTHF offers the biologically active form of folate, essential for various body functions such as cell growth and the immune system, packaged in 100 vegetarian capsules. The compound pteroylmonoglutamic acid is the most highly oxidized form of folate, and in that capacity is found little to none in the diet. The problem with folic acid is that, in a relatively large group of people, conversion to the biologically active 5-MTHF is difficult, so supplementation may not be sufficiently effective and, in addition, an undesirable accumulation of unmetabolized folic acid may occur.

Take 1 capsule daily with a meal with water. Adhere to the recommended dosage. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Discontinue use and consult a physician if hypersensitivity reactions occur. Store the product out of the reach of children. Do not use this product if the seal under the cap is broken or absent. Note: For optimal efficacy, use Folate 5-MTHF with a vitamin B complex and/or a multi (because of synergy between B vitamins). It is important here that for long-term use (> 3 months) the total daily intake of folate does not exceed 1000 mcg.
