Vitals Vitamin B Complex Active (100 capsules) contains a complete B complex with generous doses of all B vitamins in their biologically active forms. This ensures optimal absorption and efficacy. The active forms are directly usable by the body, which enhances effectiveness. Vitamin B Complex Active contains a generous dose of all B vitamins and related substances. Biologically active (co-enzymatic) forms have been chosen whenever possible. This applies to vitamins B2 (sodium riboflavin-5'-phosphate, R-5'-P), B6 (pyridoxal-5'-phosphate, P5P), B12 (methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin, also known as dibencozide) and folate (5-methyltetrahydrofolate, 5-MTHF). Their advantage is that they do not need to be converted before they can be active as coenzymes in metabolism. Thus, they are the body's own forms and often the forms in which B vitamins are found in food.

Use 1 capsule daily with a meal with water. Not suitable for children up to and including 17 years of age. Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children. This dietary supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 17 years of age (legally required statement for products containing more than 7 mg vitamin B6 per daily dose).
