Every Day Capsules

For teenagers (1 capsule per day) or adults (2 capsules per day), take with a meal and water. The dosage can optionally be halved or spread throughout the day.

Note: The vitamin K in this product makes it unsuitable for simultaneous use with coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon). These medicines are also known as vitamin K antagonists, and their effectiveness is reduced by the intake of vitamin K from food and supplements. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or under medical supervision, it is advisable to consult a doctor or healthcare provider before use. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if hypersensitivity reactions occur. Keep the product out of reach of children. Do not use this product if the seal under the cap is broken or missing.
