Royal Green Astaxanthin 4 mg (60 or 120 softgels) contains astaxanthin, a natural carotenoid derived from the green microalga Haematococcus pluvialis. The algae are cultivated under strict conditions in a GMP-certified environment in Hawaii, without the use of chemical additives. For extraction, a supercritical COâ‚‚ extraction process is used, which ensures a pure and concentrated end product. In addition to astaxanthin, this supplement also contains the carotenoids canthaxanthin, beta-carotene and lutein. Furthermore, natural vitamin E has been added.Â
