TruHeight Sleep Gummies (60 gummies) contain melatonin in combination with ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera), L-theanine and lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis L.). One serving of 2 gummies provides 1 mg of melatonin, 75 mg ashwagandha root extract, 50 mg L-theanine, and 50 mg lemon balm extract. One pack contains 30 servings (60 gummies) and, at the recommended dosage of 2 gummies per day, will last for approximately 30 days. The gummies have a berry flavour, with natural blueberry, raspberry and cherry flavours, and are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
