TruHeight Sleep Drops (30 ml) are a liquid supplement based on melatonin, complemented with organic elderberry extract (10:1), organic lemon balm extract (10:1) and organic chamomile extract (4:1). One serving of 1 dropper (1 ml) provides 500 mcg melatonin, 200 mg elderberry extract, 12.5 mg lemon balm extract and 12.5 mg chamomile extract, complemented with vitamin B2 (as riboflavin 5-phosphate sodium), vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal 5-phosphate sodium), zinc (as zinc sulphate) and copper (as copper amino acid chelate). One pack contains 30 servings and will last about 30 days at the recommended dosage of 1 dropper per day. The liquid formula is easy to dose with the supplied dropper.

When do people choose melatonin?
Melatonin is regularly chosen by people with an irregular sleep rhythm. Think of travelling across different time zones (jetlag), irregular working hours such as shift work, or a day and night rhythm that is changed by the seasons or by screen use in the evening.
The original packaging says from 2 years. Why do you use 12 years?
In the EU, different rules and advice apply to the maximum amounts of certain vitamins and other substances in products for children. Based on this, we have adjusted the lower age limit to 12 years. The manufacturer follows US regulations and these are not directly applicable here.
What should you pay attention to when using melatonin?
Use is not recommended, unless otherwise advised: by children under 12 years of age, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, for a continuous period longer than 3 weeks, or when using medicines that act on the brain.
What is elderberry extract?
Elderberry extract is obtained from the berries of the elder shrub (Sambucus nigra), a shrub originally found in Europe, Western Asia and North Africa. The berries have long been processed into extracts, juices and syrups. In this product, a 10:1 extract is used, obtained from organically grown berries.
What is lemon balm?
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) is a plant from the mint family, with a lemon scent created by the essential oils present in the leaves. The plant is originally found in Southern Europe and the Mediterranean and has been cultivated for centuries. In this product, the aerial part of the plant is processed into a 10:1 extract.
What is chamomile extract?
Chamomile extract is obtained from the flowers of the chamomile plant (Matricaria chamomilla), a plant that naturally occurs in Europe and Western Asia and is cultivated worldwide. The flowers have long been processed into extracts and teas. In this product, a 4:1 extract of the flowers is used.
What does an extract ratio like 10:1 or 4:1 mean?
An extract ratio such as 10:1 means that 10 parts of the raw material have been used to obtain 1 part of extract, while with a 4:1 extract, 4 parts of raw material are needed for 1 part of extract.
