Trace Minerals Hydro Pak Sport Stick Packs (12 pieces) contain a powder mix with electrolytes, vitamins, and trace minerals in practical stick packs. The formula contains, among other things, sodium, potassium, calcium, and phosphorus, supplemented with various B vitamins and vitamin C. Additionally, the product contains ConcenTrace® Trace Minerals, a mix of trace minerals derived from concentrated seawater. The combination of minerals and vitamins is processed into a powder that easily dissolves in water.
