The extract is produced according to Dì Dào principles, which stand for traditional and optimal cultivation regions. The product is characterised by the exclusive use of the whole, above-ground fruiting body, not the mycelium. The recommended dose is 600 mg (a quarter teaspoon), dissolved in 250 ml of warm water and drunk immediately, once daily. The powder is easy to mix into hot drinks such as water, tea, or coffee.
