Water, Magnesium chloride hexahydrate.

Spray 2-5 times onto the skin and massage the area. Magnesium Topical Spray may feel slightly oily upon application, but it is not oil and will be absorbed quickly. A white residue may appear around the applied areas; this is merely leftover salt that can be wiped off. For a foot bath, add 1-2 oz to warm water and soak your feet for 20-30 minutes.

Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or under medical supervision, it is advisable to consult a doctor or healthcare provider before use. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if sensitivity reactions occur. Keep the product out of reach of children. Do not use this product if the seal under the cap is broken or missing.
