NOW Foods Guggul Extract (90 tablets) contains 1000 mg Gugulipid® per 2-tablet serving. The extract is obtained from the resin of the Commiphora mukul tree and is standardised to at least 2.5% guggulsterones. The formula also contains 90 mg elemental magnesium from magnesium carbonate and magnesium oxide. The recommended dosage is 2 tablets, 2 to 3 times per day. Depending on daily intake, one pack is sufficient for approximately 15 to 22 days.
