NOW Foods ADAM Men’s Multiple Vitamin (90 or 180 softgels) is a multivitamin specially formulated with extra additions often chosen in men's supplements. The formula contains a broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals, supplemented with saw palmetto extract, plant sterols, coenzyme Q10, lycopene and lutein. Each daily dose consists of two softgels, which are easy to swallow due to their shape. The softgels contain nutrients in highly absorbable forms, including vitamins B1 to B12, vitamin D3, K1 and K2, and minerals such as selenium, zinc, iodine, magnesium and chromium. Additionally, the formula contains various plant extracts such as grape seed extract, pumpkin seed oil and tomato extract (lycopene). ADAM Softgels are designed for daily use by adult men and easily fit into a daily routine.

Why should I take this supplement with food?
This supplement contains fat-soluble vitamins (such as A, D, E and K) and oil-based ingredients (such as Q10, saw palmetto and pumpkin seed oil). Taking it with a meal helps to efficiently absorb these components, while the softgels are also better tolerated when used with food.
What type of vitamin C is included?
This formula contains vitamin C as calcium ascorbate, a ‘buffered’ form that is less acidic than pure ascorbic acid. This makes it more suitable for people sensitive to acids.
Which form of vitamin B3 is used in this supplement?
Vitamin B3 is included as Thiamine HCl. Thiamine HCl is a well-soluble and commonly used form that remains stable in combination with other B vitamins.
Does the supplement contain both vitamin K1 and K2?
