NOW Foods Ultra A & D-3 (100 softgels) is a combination of vitamin A and D3 in softgel form. In addition, it contains beta-carotene, a precursor of vitamin A. Each softgel contains a high dose of vitamin A from fish liver oil and 25 mcg of vitamin D3. The formula is fat-soluble and contains no unnecessary additives. Suitable for daily use.

The amount of vitamin A on the label is based on IU as used in the US, with no distinction in source. It is the same content, but with different labeling regulations.
