Bonusan Bacteri 8 (28 sachets) contains a blend of eight bacterial strains, including various Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium strains, together providing 5 billion viable bacteria per sachet. The formula is supplemented with inulin and fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS). The powder is mixed with a glass of water and is suitable for vegetarians. The recommended dosage is one sachet per day. When taking one sachet daily, a pack of 28 sachets will last about 28 days.

Lactococcus lactis is a bacterial strain naturally used in the fermentation of dairy products, such as cheese and buttermilk.
Bifidobacterium is a genus of bacteria naturally present in fermented dairy products. In this product, the strains Bb. bifidum SP9, Bb. breve BB18, and Bb. longum SP54 are included.
