BONOMultivitamin Women

BONO Multivitamin Women (60 plant-based capsules) is our daily basic for women: vitamins, minerals and additional nutrients in one capsule. We select active forms where it makes a difference, and dose for effectiveness rather than what looks good on the label.

The B vitamins are in forms the body can use directly: methylcobalamin for B12, pyridoxal-5-phosphate for B6, riboflavin-5-phosphate for B2, and Quatrefolic® for folic acid. Quatrefolic® is the active form of folic acid, so the body no longer needs to convert it. Folic acid contributes to normal amino acid synthesis and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Iron is included as Ferrochel® iron bisglycinate. Iron helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. Magnesium comes from calcified Atlantic seaweed (Aquamin TG®) and helps reduce tiredness and supports normal muscle function. Zinc is included as zinc bisglycinate and contributes to normal fertility and to the maintenance of normal bones, hair, nails and skin.

Vitamin D3 is plant-based and helps maintain normal bones and normal immune system function. Vitamin C does the same for the immune system and helps reduce tiredness.

Alongside the basic formula, Multi Female contains lutein, zeaxanthin, coenzyme Q10, grape seed extract (OPC 95%), citrus bioflavonoids, taurine, inositol and PABA.

We only use natural excipients.
