BON CHARGE Infrared PEMF Mat Max (1 piece) is a large mat measuring 190 x 80 cm that combines PEMF, red light, near-infrared light, and far infrared heat in one device. With the remote control, you can select a PEMF frequency between 1 and 30 Hz, and turn the red light (660 nm), near-infrared light (850 nm), and heat on or off independently of each other. The temperature can be set from 30 to 80 °C, and with the timer you determine how long a session lasts, up to a maximum of 60 minutes. You can lie on the mat, sit, or do stretching exercises, for example after exercising, during yoga, or at the end of the day. After use, wipe the mat with a damp cloth and store it in the included carrying bag. The package contains the mat, a carrying bag, and a power cable with remote control.
PEMF stands for Pulsed Electromagnetic Field. The mat emits an electromagnetic field in short pulses. The number of pulses per second is expressed in hertz (Hz).
The mat has frequencies from 1 to 30 Hz. These are divided into four ranges, named after the well-known brain waves: delta (1–3 Hz), theta (8 Hz), alpha (9–12 Hz) and beta (13–30 Hz). The setting of 8 Hz is close to the Schumann resonance of around 7.8 Hz. That is the natural electromagnetic frequency between the earth’s surface and the atmosphere.
PEMF mats are increasingly being used at home as a regular moment of relaxation during the day, for example after exercise, during meditation or yoga, or before bed. This mat combines PEMF with red light and heat, allowing du to use everything in one session. Because each function can be switched on and off separately, du can tailor the session to your needs.
The mat has 24 LEDs: 12 with red light and 12 with near-infrared light. Near-infrared light is not visible to the naked eye, so those LEDs look like they are off while they are actually working.
The recommended frequency is at least 3 times per week. A session can last from 1 to 60 minutes, in increments of 1 minute. The PEMF function is on for a maximum of 20 minutes per session.
Du can wear normal clothing on the mat. If du use the red light, it’s more convenient to wear less clothing so that the light can reach the skin.
Under the outer PU leather layer is a layer with tourmaline, onyx, amethyst and white and black quartz. When heated, tourmaline emits far infrared radiation.
