Vitamin A (from retinyl palmitate and fish liver oil) 7,500 mcg 833% Other ingredients: Softgel capsule [bovine gelatin (BSE-free), glycerin, water] and organic extra virgin olive oil. Contains fish (cod, pollock, haddock, pollock). Not manufactured with ingredients of yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, eggs or shellfish. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Instructions for use
Take 1 softgel daily with a meal. After opening, store in a cool, dry place.
Warning: for adults only. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use if you are pregnant, may become pregnant or breastfeeding. Not intended for long-term use unless under medical supervision. Consult a physician if you are taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.
