Instructions for use
Mix vigorously 1 level tablespoon daily in 250 ml of water or juice and consume immediately. Drink plenty of additional fluids throughout the day. Start with smaller amounts and increase gradually over several weeks. After opening, store cool and dry.
Note: This product should be taken with at least one full glass of liquid. Ingestion of this product without adequate fluids may result in choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing.
