Instructions for use
Mix 1 teaspoon of powder in at least 8 oz. of cold water or clear liquid. Slowly add the powder while stirring. Take once daily with meals. Pure magnesium citrate powder may increase the temperature of liquids on contact; therefore, the recommended serving MUST be mixed with at least 8 oz. of cold liquid to neutralize this reaction before ingestion. After opening, store in a cool, dry place.
