NOW Foods Kelp 150 mcg (200 tablets) is a dietary supplement made from kelp, a large leafy seaweed that belongs to the brown algae family. Kelp grows in forests in the colder waters of oceans and has been used for centuries in Chinese, Japanese, and Korean cuisine.
Kelp contains iodine, minerals, and vitamins.

Ingredients
Laminaria spp. (whole plant), 150 mcg, 100%. Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), vegetarian coating, and magnesium stearate (vegetable source). NOW® Kelp provides the natural nutrient profile found in genuine whole foods. Not manufactured with ingredients derived from yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, or tree nuts. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Instructions for use
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
