Instructions for use
Spoon Stirred: Add 1 ½ level teaspoon of BCAA powder to a glass filled with 8-10 oz. of water or your favourite beverage and mix vigorously with a spoon for about 15-20 seconds. Take one to three times a day. Can be taken before meals or before and after workouts. Shaker: Add 1 ½ level teaspoon of BCAA powder to your shaker cup filled with 5 litres of water or a favourite beverage. Cover and shake for about 10 seconds for proper mixing. Take one to three times a day. Can be taken before meals or before and after workouts. Tip: Try adding BCAA Powder to your favourite protein powder, meal replacement product or weight-gainer shake. After opening, store cool, dry and dark.
