Instructions for use

Take 1 scoop 1 time daily with a glass of water or fruit juice, unless otherwise advised. Preferably half an hour before a meal or 2 hours after, because amino acids compete with other amino acids from a meal during absorption. If necessary, you can increase the dosage, for example during intensive sports activities. Store in a dry, dark place and at room temperature (15-25⁰C). Keep out of reach and sight of young children.
