Instructions for use
Add 1 scoop of BCAA Big 6 to a glass or shaker filled with 14-16 ml of water or your favorite beverage. Stir or shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds to ensure proper mixing. Can be taken before, during or after your workout. Store cool, dry and dark after opening.
