Quatrefolic® is a patented, active form of folate (5-MTHF), which is directly available without first having to be converted in the body. Many people consciously choose this form because of its high stability and absorbability.
P-5-P stands for pyridoxal-5'-phosphate, the active form of vitamin B6. In this form, it does not need to be converted in the body and is delivered directly as such.
The valerian root extract is standardized to at least 0.8% valerenic acid. Standardization means that each capsule contains a guaranteed amount of this specific plant component.
