Instructions for use

Take 1 softgel daily with a (fat-containing) meal with water. This ensures optimal absorption of vitamin D3. Suitable for adults and recommended for a fat-containing meal to maximize absorption. Adhere to the recommended dosage. This supplement is not suitable for children up to 10 years of age (legally required statement for products containing more than 20 µg vitamin D per daily dose).
