Ingredients

S-adenosyl-L-methionine disulfate tosylate, anti-caking agent (rice fiber), vegetarian capsule (pullulan, from fermented cassava starch).

Instructions for use

As a dietary supplement for adults, take 1-2 capsules daily between meals (at least half an hour before, or two hours after a meal) with water. Adhere to the recommended dosage. Limited shelf life after opening.

Do not use in combination with medications that affect brain metabolism, such as antidepressants and sedatives. Dietary supplements should not be used to replace a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or under medical supervision, it is advisable to consult a physician or health care provider before use.
