Solgar Balance Rhodiola Complex (60 capsules) is a combination formula with vitamins, minerals, amino acids, plant extracts, and vegetable powders. The composition contains, among others, rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea), Siberian ginseng, licorice root, magnesium, various B vitamins, spinach, kale, and kelp. The formula is completely plant-based and suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.
Calcium ascorbate is bound to calcium and is therefore less acidic than pure ascorbic acid. This can be more pleasant for people with a sensitive stomach.
Nicotinamide is a form of vitamin B3 that does not cause the typical 'flush' that sometimes occurs with niacin acid. Both provide vitamin B3 via different biochemical routes.
Magnesium bisglycinate is a chelated form whereby magnesium is bound to the amino acid glycine. This provides a well-absorbable and stomach-friendly form of magnesium.
