Solgar Balance Rhodiola Complex (60 capsules) is a combination formula with vitamins, minerals, amino acids, plant extracts, and vegetable powders. The composition includes, among others, rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea), Siberian ginseng, licorice root, magnesium, various B vitamins, spinach, kale, and kelp. The formula is completely plant-based and suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.
Rhodiola rosea is a plant that naturally occurs in cold and mountainous regions, such as Siberia and Scandinavia. Especially the root is used and it contains active substances like rosavins and salidroside.
Rhodiola can influence the effect of certain medications. Therefore, always consult a doctor or pharmacist if you are taking medications.
Calcium ascorbate is bound to calcium and is therefore less acidic than pure ascorbic acid. This can be more pleasant for people with a sensitive stomach.
