What is DPP-IV Ultimate?

DPP-IV Ultimate is a supplement that contains a mix of proteolytic enzymes. These are enzymes that can break down specific proteins. The enzymes are derived from fungal fermentation of Aspergillus oryzae and Aspergillus melleus.

What does the abbreviation HUT on the label mean?

HUT stands for Hemoglobin Units on the Tyrosine basis and is a measure of enzyme activity.

How do I use DPP-IV Ultimate enzymes?

Take DPP-IV Ultimate during or just before a protein-rich meal. The enzymes in this supplement help break down dietary proteins such as gluten and casein into smaller peptides.
