ProHealth Longevity Morning Mag™ Multi-Mineral (60 capsules) combines 360 mg of magnesium with trace elements from seawater and ancient peat. The formula contains six different forms of magnesium, including magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium taurate, magnesium citrate, and magnesium malate.
