What are curcuminoids?
Curcuminoids are a group of natural compounds found in the root of the turmeric plant (Curcuma longa). The most well-known and researched of these is curcumin, which is responsible for the yellow color of turmeric. Each dose of two capsules is standardized to 95% curcuminoids.
What is bromelain?
Bromelain is a plant-based enzyme derived from pineapple. It is a protein-digesting enzyme (protease). In this supplement, bromelain is added in a concentrated form (2400 GDU/g).

2400 GDU/g stands for 2400 Gelatin Digesting Units per gram and is a measure of the enzymatic activity of bromelain. It indicates how much protein (gelatin) the enzyme can break down under standard conditions; the higher the number, the more active the enzyme.
