NOW Foods SolarDefend (60 capsules) is a supplement containing vitamin C, vitamin E, and two plant extracts. One capsule provides 90 mg of vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) and 15 mg of vitamin E (as d-alpha-tocopheryl succinate). The formula also contains 100 mg Nutroxsun®, a combination of rosemary extract (Rosmarinus officinalis) and grapefruit extract (Citrus paradisi), standardised to at least 15% flavanones. In addition, it contains 200 mg pomegranate extract (Punica granatum), standardised to at least 30% punicosides. The capsules are made from hypromellose (cellulose) and are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. The recommended daily dosage is 1 to 2 capsules per day. With 60 capsules per package and a dosage of 1 to 2 capsules per day, one package lasts approximately 1 to 2 months.
