What is Albion™ Zinc Bisglycinate and why is it used?
Albion™ Zinc Bisglycinate is a specially developed form of zinc with high bioavailability, meaning it is more easily absorbed by the body.
What is vitamin D from lanolin?
Vitamin D3 from lanolin is a highly absorbable form of vitamin D, derived from sheep wool fat. It is purified and then converted into cholecalciferol. It is therefore not vegan but is suitable for vegetarians.
What is the difference between vitamin D2 and D3?
Vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol) comes from plant sources like mushrooms, while vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is usually derived from animal sources, such as lanolin (wool fat). D3 is better absorbed and converted by the body, making it more effective than D2.
