Nordic Naturals Children's DHA (90, 180 and 360 softgels) is an omega-3 supplement for children. This product uses pure fish oil from Arctic cod. The softgels with natural strawberry flavor can be chewed, making them easy to take. Contains no artificial additives or preservatives.
DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) is, like EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), a polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acid. These fatty acids are found in fish and algae.
Children's DHA is specially designed with a mild flavor in chewable softgels. The dosage matches the needs of children.
The fish oil in Children's DHA comes from pure Arctic cod.
The chewable capsules are recommended for children from 3 years old, who can chew a capsule well. For younger children or children who have difficulty taking a (chewable) capsule, a liquid formula is a suitable choice.
