Nature's Way CompleteGest (180 capsules) contains an enzyme complex with 281 mg of enzymes per capsule, including protease, amylase, lactase, lipase, and additional enzymes such as sucrase, cellulase, and phytase. These enzymes are produced from plant-based sources and processed in a vegetarian capsule. The different types of protease and amylase have been tested at various pH levels.
