MethylPro® L-Methylfolate 7.5 mg (30 or 90 capsules) contains a high dose of folate in the form of L-Methylfolate, combined with glycine. L-Methylfolate is a specific form of folate, and glycine is an amino acid found in many protein-rich foods. The capsules are taken once a day and are available in different packaging sizes, suitable for short-term or long-term use.
DFE stands for Dietary Folate Equivalent and is a US calculation method for folate intake. It is not common and not required to state DFE on the label in the EU. On European labels, folate is expressed in micrograms (µg).
