H2Tab Molecular Hydrogen Tablets (30 tablets) contain 80 mg of elemental magnesium and are designed to dissolve in water. As soon as the tablet enters the water, a fizzing reaction occurs, releasing hydrogen gas (H2). Allow the tablet to dissolve completely for about 90 to 120 seconds and then drink the water immediately. The tablets are available in three varieties: natural, raspberry and lemon-lime. Each pack contains 30 tablets and, depending on a daily dosage of 1 to 3 tablets, lasts approximately 10 to 30 days.
What is molecular hydrogen?
Molecular hydrogen (H2) is the smallest and lightest molecule, consisting of two hydrogen atoms. In this product, hydrogen gas is generated at the moment the tablet dissolves in water.
How does a soluble hydrogen tablet work?
When in contact with water, the elemental magnesium in the tablet reacts with the added acids. This reaction releases hydrogen gas into the water.
Why does this product contain malic acid, tartaric acid and adipic acid?
These natural acids, derived from sources such as apples, grapes and sugar beets, are used to break down the magnesium in the tablet and initiate the conversion to hydrogen gas.
What is magnesium?
Magnesium is a mineral that naturally occurs in soil, seawater and in various foods. It is also available as a food supplement, in this case in the form of elemental magnesium.

Elemental magnesium is the pure form of the mineral magnesium, not bound to any other component. In this product, elemental magnesium reacts with the added acids, causing hydrogen gas to be released as soon as the tablet dissolves in water.
