H2Tab Molecular Hydrogen Tablets (30 tablets) contain 80 mg elemental magnesium and are designed to dissolve in water. As soon as the tablet comes into contact with water, a fizzing reaction occurs, releasing hydrogen gas. Allow the tablet to fully dissolve for about 90 to 120 seconds and then drink the water straight away. The tablets are available in three variants: natural, raspberry, and lemon-lime. Each package contains 30 tablets and lasts for approximately 10 to 30 days, depending on a daily dose of 1 to 3 tablets.
