How do you use hydrogen bath tablets?

What are hydrogen bath tablets?
Hydrogen bath tablets are tablets that dissolve in water and form molecular hydrogen. They are usually used in bath water or foot baths.
What is molecular hydrogen (H₂)?
Molecular hydrogen, often referred to as H₂, is a gas that is produced when certain substances react with water. In products such as bath tablets, it can be generated when the tablet dissolves in water.
How many tablets do you use per bath?
Use 1 tablet per ±19 liters of water. For a full bath, usually 6 to 8 tablets are used. For a smaller foot bath or local bath, often 1 to 2 tablets are used.
What is the difference between bath tablets and bath salts?
Bath salts usually consist of minerals such as magnesium salt. Bath tablets often contain a formula that reacts with water and forms gas bubbles.
