Grenade Protein Bar (12 bars) is a protein bar composed of a protein blend (including whey protein and calcium caseinate), enriched with bovine collagen hydrolysate and a milk chocolate or white chocolate coating. The bars are available in 17 flavour variants: Caramel Chaos, Dark Chocolate Mint, White Chocolate Cookie, Birthday Cake, Jaffa Quake, Peanut Nutter, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Dark Chocolate Raspberry, White Chocolate Salted Peanut, Chocolate Chip Salted Caramel, Fudged Up, Lemon Cheesecake, OREO, OREO White, Soft Core Chocolate Peanut Butter, Soft Core Golden Caramel and Soft Core Double Chocolate. Most variants weigh 60 grams per bar and contain around 20 to 22 grams of protein; the Soft Core variants weigh 50 grams per bar and contain around 15 grams of protein. All variants are sweetened with maltitol (and some also contain sucralose), which keeps the sugar content low. One box contains 12 bars. The bars are suitable as a protein-rich snack on the go.

The regular bars weigh 60 grams and contain approximately 20 to 22 grams of protein per bar. The Soft Core variants (Chocolate Peanut Butter, Golden Caramel and Double Chocolate) weigh 50 grams, contain approximately 15 grams of protein per bar and have a filled, soft centre.
