A pack of 180 capsules contains 60 servings. With a use of 3 capsules per day, a pack lasts approximately 2 months.
What are beef organs as a supplement?
Beef organs as a supplement consist of dried and processed organs from cattle, such as liver, heart, kidney, pancreas and spleen. These are ground into powder and processed into capsules.
What does grass-fed mean for cattle?
Grass-fed means that the cattle have been fed grass as their main food source during their lives, instead of a grain-rich diet such as maize or soy.
What does BSE-free mean?
BSE-free indicates that the product comes from animals that have been tested or checked for the absence of bovine spongiform encephalopathy, a disease in cattle.
What does freeze-dried mean for an organ meat supplement?
Freeze-dried means that the moisture is removed from the organs via a freeze-drying process. The material is first frozen and then dried under low pressure, after which it remains as a powder.
What does defatted mean for an organ meat supplement?
Defatted means that the fat has been removed from the starting material before it is processed into powder. In a non-defatted product, such as this supplement, the naturally present fat in the organs is retained during processing.
Can I use this supplement if I am pregnant?
No. Liver and liver products naturally contain vitamin A. Use is therefore not recommended during pregnancy.
