Where do the enzymes in Gastrozym come from?
The enzymes come from plant-based and microbial sources, such as Aspergillus oryzae, Aspergillus niger, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Candida rugosa, Rhizopus oryzae, pineapple (Ananas comosus) and papaya (Carica papaya).
What does a broad pH range mean for enzymes?
A broad pH range means that the enzymes remain active in both acidic and less acidic environments.
What is the difference between the proteases in this formula?
