Allergy Research Group® Essential-Biotic® COMPLETE (60 capsules) contains a combination of twelve carefully chosen bacterial strains. Each capsule contains 50 billion colony-forming units (CFU). The capsules are specially developed with delayed release so the contents are not released immediately, but gradually. This supplement is suitable for daily use and can be taken with or without food.
