Allergy Research Group® Essential-Biotic® COMPLETE (60 capsules) contains a combination of twelve carefully chosen bacterial strains. Each capsule contains 50 billion colony-forming units (CFU). The capsules are specially developed with delayed release so the contents are not released immediately, but gradually. This supplement is suitable for daily use and can be taken with or without food.
Lactobacillus plantarum is a bacterial strain naturally found in fermented vegetables such as sauerkraut and olives. The UALp-05™ is a specific, registered strain selected for its stability and use in food supplements.
This species is often used in fermentation processes, such as in the production of yogurt. The UASt-09™ is a specific strain selected for use in food supplements.
Lactococcus lactis is known for its role in dairy production, but this specific strain is also used in supplements. It was selected for its stability outside of a refrigerated environment and its suitability for delayed-release capsules.
These codes refer to specific, registered strains isolated, tested, and then patented or made commercially available in laboratories. They guarantee consistency in the quality and identity of the strain.
Fermented foods naturally contain microorganisms, but this formula contains standardized amounts of specific strains in capsule form, making dosing more precise.
The delayed release capsules are designed so that the contents are not released immediately, but only after some time, so the capsules may dissolve later, and the bacteria reach their intended destination.
