Delivery process

By placing your order before 11:59 PM on weekdays, we guarantee that your products will be shipped on the same day. We strive to keep you informed throughout the delivery process, so you can stay up-to-date on the status of your order.

  1. As soon as you complete your order (Order Confirmation)
    You will receive an email/SMS from us with your order confirmation details right after you place your order.
  2. Shipping confirmation (Track & Trace data)
    After we process and ship your order, you will receive another email/SMS with the tracking information for your shipment.

FAQ

Q: Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been placed. Our warehouse processes orders quickly, and within 5 minutes of placing an order, it is ready for pickup by the carrier. However, you are still able to return the order if you choose to do so.

Q: Can I request expedited shipping?
We already employ the fastest carriers for our shipments, but if you need your order expedited, please let us know. We can arrange for special carriers such as FedEx or UPS to be used, but please note that additional fees may apply.

Q: How will my order be package?
Your order will be packaged in a custom-cut box, tailored to the dimensions of your products, using a laser cutting machine. The box will not include any filler material unless necessary to prevent damage during transit. The box will be plain white.

Q: Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?
Yes, it is possible to use a different billing address than your shipping address during checkout. You will receive a PDF invoice with both the billing and shipping address on it after the order is placed.

Q: How can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been placed. Our warehouse processes orders quickly, and within 5 minutes of placing an order, it is ready for pickup by the carrier. However, you are still able to return the order if you choose to do so.

Q: Will I be charged any import or duty fees for international orders?
For orders shipped within Europe, there will be no additional charges. For orders shipped outside of Europe, we make every effort to comply with all local standards and regulations to minimize the chances of any additional charges imposed by your country's import laws. However, please note that any additional fees are ultimately determined by your country's import regulations. If you have any questions, please contact your local customs agent.

Q: How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive a SMS or email (depending on your preference during checkout) immediately after placing your order. A few hours later, you will receive another SMS or email with the tracking information for your package. Please also check your spam folder. If you haven't received any communication from us within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@bono.co.uk.

Q: What if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?
We apologize for any inconvenience if your order is lost or damaged during shipping. We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but in the unlikely event that something goes wrong, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bono.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, which may include issuing a refund or replacement for lost or damaged items.

Q: Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we do ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. However, please note that some shipping carriers may have restrictions for certain items or delivery times to these addresses. We will do our best to ensure that your package is delivered to the correct address in a timely manner, but please be aware that delivery to these types of addresses may take longer than delivery to a physical address. Q: What happens if I’m not home when my order arrives?
If you are not home to receive your order, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions on how to schedule a redelivery or pick up your package at a nearby location. If you are not able to arrange for redelivery or pickup, the package will be returned to us and you need to contact us at info@bono.co.uk. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery. You can also track your package to have an idea of when will be delivered and make arrangements accordingly.
